We ship fast, but we’re not Amazon Prime (and that’s okay)

Processing time:
We usually pack and ship your order within 1‑2 business days (except weekends & US public holidays). If we’re having a crazy sale, it might take 3 days – we’ll email you if that happens.

Shipping methods & delivery times (within USA):

Standard (USPS / UPS Ground) – 3‑7 business days
Expedited (Priority) – 2‑3 business days
Express (Overnight) – 1‑2 business days (order by 2pm EST)

Shipping costs:

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (because we like rewarding you).
Under $75 – flat rate of **$6.99** for standard, or calculated at checkout for faster options.

International shipping:
We do ship worldwide, but delivery times vary (usually 7‑21 days) and customs fees may apply – you’re responsible for those. We’ll keep you updated with tracking.

Tracking:
You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If it doesn’t update for 48 hours, don’t panic – carriers sometimes scan late. But if you’re worried, just email us and we’ll chase them for you.

Lost or stolen packages?
We’ll do our best to help – contact us and we’ll file a claim with the carrier. But please double‑check your shipping address at checkout; we can’t be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address you typed in.
